Who are we?

We’re Alex and Chiara, two students in Exeter with a passion for specialty single-origin coffee. At Postcode Coffee Roasters, we roast in small batches to bring out the unique flavour of every bean. Our coffee is fully traceable from farm to cup, ethically sourced, and roasted with care right here in Exeter. Being student-run means we do things with curiosity, creativity, and a love for honest, quality coffee. We call ourselves Postcode Coffee Roasters because your postcode marks the last stop in your coffee’s journey — from farm to cup, your home is where the story ends. Every bag tells a story — of farmers, flavour, and two students committed to great coffee.
