A distinctive natural-processed decaffeinated coffee from the Al-Hayma and Anis regions of Yemen, grown at extreme altitudes of 2,000–2,100 metres above sea level. This coffee is carefully decaffeinated using the CO₂ method, which preserves the bean’s natural structure, moisture content, and flavour integrity—allowing it to roast and perform much like a non-decaf coffee.

In the cup, expect a mellow and rounded profile with soft sweetness and gentle acidity. Notes of grape, raspberry, and lemon lead, supported by subtle raisin-like sweetness, malt, and walnut.
