A white honey Pacamara from Finca Licho in Costa Rica’s West Valley, produced by the Aguilera brothers, whose family has over 60 years of coffee-growing experience and a long track record in the Costa Rica Cup of Excellence. Grown at 1,550 metres and carefully processed, this lot showcases the clarity and structure Pacamara is known for when handled with precision.

In the cup, expect a delicate, tea-like profile with notes of green tea, chamomile, and bergamot, layered over a soft milk chocolate sweetness and a silky, 2% milk texture.
