A dependable washed coffee from smallholder farmers across Honduras, grown at altitudes above 1,200 metres. Classified as SHG (Strictly High Grown), the slower maturation at elevation produces dense beans that roast evenly and perform consistently across profiles. EP (European Prep) guarantees Screen 15+ grading with low defect counts, making this a reliable option for everyday use.

In the cup, expect smooth sweetness with notes of chocolate, nougat, and brown sugar, supported by a soft nutty finish.
